How do I apply for the first home owners grant?
There are different way in which you can apply for the first home owners grant, the most common choice is that of applying through the lender you have chosen.
By applying through the lender of choice the first home owners grant funds are made available at settlement whereas if you apply through the state government or your solicitor/conveyncer the funds are made available up to three weeks after settlement has occurred.
